Meet Drake
At the heart of Therapy at Third is a deep belief: healing happens in relationship—and it’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s messiness and meaning.
As a therapist, I’ve found purpose in helping people process emotions, heal from past trauma, and explore their identity with honesty and hope. There’s something sacred about sitting with someone in their truth, holding space for pain and possibility, and watching them rediscover their strength. I don’t take that lightly.
I’m Southern at heart—raised on soul food, rooted in the value of family, and always up for a good story over coffee. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun at the beach, laughing with friends, or off exploring new places in awe of all that God has created.
